Getting Rid of My Fingers
Trying out verbal dictation to write

I was listening to a prolific writer named Stefan Molyneux, who could not praise enough the voice typing that he does for his work efficiency and output. He uses a dictation program and speaks into it, instead of typing with his fingers on the keyboard. He claims that by using voice typing instead of traditional typing, he's able to be much more productive in each of his moments as he's writing (plus he’s also able to “write” while he’s outside his house), and his books have a different feel to them because they were spoken instead of written. So, I thought I'd give this a try myself to see if I can increase my post output and give them a more natural feel to them too.
Here's how I will try this idea out: I will dictate the posts in Google Documents, copy and paste them into ChatGPT, and ask it to proofread for me real quickly, then copy and paste that into Google Document again where I will read it myself and make any changes that I wish to. Then post it on the website.
I'm excited because this will be an interesting experiment, and if it works here, maybe I'll find myself using it more often in other tasks that I work on for Viglo.
