Training the Students
Putting students in leadership roles

If Viglo wants to boast of having the most mentally tough Spanish students, shouldn't those students be taking on the leadership role in the calls? Obviously it is the Guides who possess knowledge of Spanish, but shouldn't it be the students who direct that knowledge to where they can best overcome their Spanish deficiencies? The students should come into the call, leading their Guides towards what they need to accomplish.
Because this inverts the traditional structure of the student-teacher dynamic, it means we would have to invert another traditional dynamic, the "direction of training." Viglo will have to direct most of the training hours on the students to prepare them for the requirements of Viglo. The students will need to learn what's expected of them when they show up to their calls, how to use the Viglo tools, and how to handle bad outputs from ChatGPT.
Instead of relying on Viglo's Guides to get the most out of the students (like traditional teaching methods do), training the students can prepare them to extract the most value possible from Viglo.
